Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal. All transactions are processed securely in GBP (£), and you will be charged in full at checkout. All prices displayed on our website include applicable UK VAT.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but you must act quickly. We can accommodate order cancellations or modifications within 2 hours of placing the order. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@normeton.shop.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, and we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before our 2:00 PM EST cutoff are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched via DHL or Royal Mail, standard transit time is 3 to 5 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you can monitor its progress directly on our Track Your Order page.
What should I do if my parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate with the courier. If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and provide photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included. Certain items, such as personalized goods, gift cards, and hygiene products, are non-returnable unless faulty.
How do I return an item?
We currently process returns via mail-in only. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@normeton.shop with your order number.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Warranty & Products
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our electronics are covered by a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
How do I make a warranty claim?
