Normeton is committed to providing a secure, transparent, and seamless checkout experience. This Payment Policy outlines the methods we accept, how currencies and taxes are handled, and when your payment will be processed.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently process all store payments securely through PayPal.

When you proceed to checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment gateway. You can choose to pay using your existing PayPal account balance, or you can use a major credit or debit card linked to your PayPal account. You do not necessarily need a registered PayPal account to check out using a credit or debit card through their guest checkout feature.

Accepted Currencies

All prices displayed on our store and all final transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP).

If you are purchasing using a payment method registered in a different currency, your bank or PayPal will handle the conversion. Please note that your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or foreign transaction fees, which are outside of our control.

Charge Timing

Your payment will be charged in full at checkout. Once you authorize the transaction and the payment is successfully captured, your order will be confirmed and sent to our team for processing. If a payment is declined or fails to authorize, the order will not be placed, and you will be prompted to try an alternative payment method.

Taxes and Duties Policy

We strive to keep our pricing as transparent as possible. How taxes and duties are applied depends on your shipping destination:

  • United Kingdom Orders: All prices on Normeton.shop include applicable UK VAT where required. For orders delivered within the UK, no additional taxes, duties, or hidden fees will be charged upon delivery.
  • International Orders: For orders shipped outside of the UK, taxes, customs duties, or import fees may not be included at checkout. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and may be collected upon delivery. Customers are fully responsible for any such additional charges, import duties, or customs fees.

Your security is our priority. Normeton does not directly collect, process, or store your credit card numbers or financial details on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and securely handled by PayPal in accordance with strict industry security standards.
