At Normeton, we are committed to providing you with reliable, high-quality electronics. If your purchase isn't quite right, our returns and refunds process is designed to be as clear and straightforward as possible. Please review our policies below to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Because we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once this 2-hour window has passed.

Return Window & Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, pristine condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • All original tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

Please note: Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components will not be accepted for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Hygiene products

How to Initiate a Return

We currently accept returns via mail-in only. At this time, we do not offer an automated returns portal or in-store returns.

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@normeton.shop within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with the return shipping address and detailed mailing instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item with all original materials and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service.

Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns. If you are returning an approved faulty or incorrect item, we may cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Where applicable, any return shipping costs covered by Normeton may be deducted from your final refund.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items that meet our return conditions.

Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you need to exchange an eligible item for a different size, please contact our support team to initiate the process. The same condition requirements apply to exchanged items as they do to standard returns.

Refund Timing & Process

Once your return is received at our facility, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Please allow 5-10 business days after inspection for your refund to be processed. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to officially post to your account.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you discover a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the item and the packaging so we can investigate the issue. For more details on manufacturing defects, please review our Warranty Policy.
