- External Factors: Damage caused by environmental factors such as fire, water, extreme temperatures, or natural disasters.
Claim Method
If you believe your item has developed a fault covered by this warranty, please follow our standard claim method to ensure a prompt resolution:
- Gather Your Information: Locate your order number or original proof of purchase.
- Document the Issue: Take clear photos or a short video demonstrating the fault or defect.
- Contact Support: Email our team at support@normeton.shop with your order details, a clear description of the problem, and your supporting photos or videos.
Once submitted, our customer service team will review your claim within 1 business day. We will then guide you through the next steps, which may include arranging a repair, issuing a replacement, or processing a refund where appropriate.
