Once your order leaves our facility, we want to ensure you know exactly where it is. Follow the instructions below to track your package, understand our delivery timelines, and find out what to do if you need assistance.

How to Track Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email contains your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery. Simply click the tracking link provided in the email to view real-time updates from our shipping partners, DHL or Royal Mail.

Processing & Dispatch Timing

Before your order can be tracked, it must be processed and prepared for shipment. Here is what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: During peak periods, there may be slight delays in dispatch times.

Shipping Times & Updates

We offer free shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

When will my tracking link work?
After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and update their tracking system. If your link does not show any information immediately, your parcel is still safely in transit to the carrier's sorting facility.

What to Do If Tracking Is Delayed

While most deliveries proceed smoothly, occasional carrier delays can happen. If your tracking information has not updated for several days, or if your order has not arrived within the expected 3 to 5 business day shipping window, please let us know.

Contact our support team with your order number, and we will promptly investigate the issue with DHL or Royal Mail to ensure your parcel is located and delivered. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive either a replacement or a full refund.
