At Normeton, we know how important it is to receive your new electronics quickly and securely. We have partnered with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing & Cutoff Times

Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days. To ensure the fastest possible dispatch, please note our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM EST.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays). If you place an order on a weekend, a public holiday, or after the 2:00 PM EST cutoff, it will begin processing on the next working day.

Note: During peak promotional periods or holidays, you may experience slight delays in dispatch and delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy seasons.

Transit Times & Carriers

Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, the estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days.

We partner with reliable shipping carriers, including DHL and Royal Mail, to ensure your electronics are handled with care and delivered efficiently.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. You can also check the status of your shipment at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.

Parcel Issues & Exceptions

We strive for a flawless delivery experience, but we understand that transit issues can occasionally occur. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please review our policies below:

  • Delayed Parcels: If your order has not arrived within the expected 3-5 business day timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number. We will promptly investigate the delay with the courier on your behalf.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of both the damaged item and the exterior packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information indicates a delivery anomaly or your parcel is deemed lost by the carrier, we will work directly with the shipping company to resolve the issue. We guarantee that you will receive either a replacement order or a full refund.
